In the Words of Claude Monet
“Every day I discover more and more beautiful things. It’s enough to drive one mad. I have such a desire to do everything, my head is bursting with it.”

We are pleased to be carrying the beautiful work of local ceramic artist Kathleen Tennock. Her Naked Raku clay pieces have an almost stone-like quality and invite touch as much as being visually pleasing.
Our good friend and one of ZWADA home’s featured artists TANYA SLINGSBY will be offering a beginners workshop in abstract painting – ME? PAINT?!. For those of you who have always wanted to explore the possibility, now is your time to put brush to canvas. Space is limited – act quickly! http://abstractpaintingworkshop2013.eventbrite.ca/
A beautiful abstract painting created by Vancouver artist Joe Evershot. To the artist his works represent energy fields – transformations. He uses mostly industrial oil paint and acrylic in his compositions. The process when oil-based and water-based mix, sometimes under heat, is fundamental to his work.
ZWADA home is pleased to announce that we are now representing Mexican born, Vancouver artist Miriam Aroeste. Miriam’s work conveys her inner journey through life. Her abstract themes explore a universal understanding that transcends gender, race or subject matter; it is deliberately inclusive and open. Her paintings are ultimately explorations of line, color and gesture.
